Phase 1: Data Collection – Request cell specifications, rated voltage, capacity, weight, chemical system, manufacturer details, and existing compliance documentation from the battery supplier.

Phase 2: Regulatory Review – Verify the battery category, labeling requirements, and applicable dates, as well as the declarations, reports, and waste battery management information required under Article 13, Paragraph 6.
